Who is responsible for your data

Goldmarktech Co., Ltd. (“Goldmarktech”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at 69, 71 Pattanakarn 72, Praves, Bangkok 10250, Thailand, or by email at info@goldmarktech.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you choose and your message.
  • Website use, only if you accept analytics cookies. Pages visited, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through Google Analytics.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data and ask you not to include any in your message.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal: necessary to take steps at your request before a contract (PDPA section 24).
  • To keep a record of our business correspondence and to establish or defend legal claims: our legitimate interests (PDPA section 24).
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site: your consent (PDPA section 19), given through the cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that host this website and our email, and, if you accept analytics cookies, with Google as the provider of Google Analytics. These providers may process data outside Thailand; where they do, we rely on the safeguards the PDPA requires for transfers abroad. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you. If a contract follows, contract records are kept for as long as the law requires.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Cookies and local storage

  • Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so that we do not ask again. This is necessary for the site to respect your choice.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) are set only after you accept them. By default they expire after two years.
  • Google Maps on the contact page loads only when you select “Show map”. Google may then set its own cookies.

You can change your choice at any time with , also found at the foot of every page.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access or receive a copy of your personal data, have it transferred, correct it, have it deleted or restricted, and object to its use. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Email info@goldmarktech.com to make a request; we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to personal data to the staff who need it to answer you.
