Goldmarktech’s own engineers and technicians design, commission and maintain the systems we install, and we take on plant installed by others.

What we do
- Design and engineering
- Sequences of operation, points schedules, specifications and tender documents for consultants and owners.
- Installation and commissioning
- Panel installation, point-to-point checks, functional tests, handover documents and operator training.
- Chiller-plant maintenance
- Planned visits covering chillers, pumps, cooling towers and plant controls.
- Building automation maintenance
- Controller and server health checks, sensor checks, database backups, software updates and alarm reviews.
- Retuning and upgrades
- Sequences retuned to how the building is used today, failed sensors replaced and servers moved to supported platforms.
- Plant installed by others
- We survey it, document what is there and bring it onto a maintenance plan.
Every visit ends with a report
After each planned visit you receive a service report: what was checked, what was found and what we recommend. Over time the reports become a record of the plant’s condition that you can plan budgets around.
Standard service contracts cover office hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. If your site needs different cover, tell us and we will discuss what is possible.
